These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.

Please read these Online Sales Terms carefully before placing an order and retain a copy for future reference.

1.1 These Sales Terms apply to all products supplied by Munching Baby AB registered in Sweden under number 559441-6892 (“Munching Baby”).

1.2 A legally binding agreement is formed only when Munching Baby has accepted your order and sent an order confirmation via email or post.

1.3 If you are a consumer the agreement is subject to your cancellation rights as described in Section 5.

2.1 Product descriptions specifications and prices are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. Our products are intended for children aged six 6 months and older and must be used under adult supervision. Always follow the instructions on the packaging.

2.2 All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable we will notify you and issue a refund or credit for any payment made.

2.3 Munching Baby reserves the right to make minor technical adjustments to product specifications without affecting quality function or price.

2.4 If a pricing error occurs you will be informed and given the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

2.5 Delivery fees are shown during checkout prior to order completion.

2.6 All prices include VAT.

2.7 For deliveries outside Sweden you may be responsible for customs duties taxes and compliance with local import regulations.

2.8 Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be claimed retroactively.

3.1 Payment may be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

4.1 Products will be delivered using the shipping method selected at checkout.

4.2 If delivery using the chosen method is not possible we will contact you with an alternative solution or issue a refund.

4.3 Delivery will be made as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days after order acceptance.

4.4 Ownership and risk transfer to you upon delivery.

5.1 Consumers may cancel an order before it leaves our warehouse normally within 1 to 2 business days. Due to food safety regulations the standard 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply to baby food products.

5.2 If delivery has not occurred within 30 days you may cancel the order and receive a refund.

5.3 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

6.1 Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any defects must be reported within 30 days. Damaged or faulty products must be returned for inspection.

6.2 If incorrect products are delivered you may keep them and we will send the correct items at no additional cost.

7. Warranty and liability

7.1 Our products meet high quality standards and applicable food safety regulations.

7.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the product and delivery costs. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

8.1 We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data but cannot be held responsible for unauthorised access unless caused by our negligence.

8.2 Your personal data is used solely to fulfil your order unless you agree otherwise.

8.3 You may opt in or out of marketing communications at any time.

8.4 Customer reviews and feedback may be used anonymously for marketing and analysis purposes.
