Shipping policy

Delivery

4.1 The products you order will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.

4.2 If delivery cannot be completed using the chosen shipping option Munching Baby will notify you as soon as possible and either propose an alternative delivery method or issue a refund or credit for any amount paid or charged through your selected payment method.

4.3 We make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible after it has been accepted and in all cases within 30 days from the date of purchase. If Munching Baby is unable to deliver the products within this timeframe you will be informed promptly and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund or credit of the amount paid. Munching Baby is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unavoidable or reasonable delivery delays.

4.4 Ownership of the products and responsibility for any risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products have been delivered.
