Refund policy

As a consumer you may cancel your order provided that it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse which normally occurs within one to two business days after the order is placed. This period is referred to as the cancellation period. A business day means any day other than weekends and public or bank holidays in Sweden.

Please note that the standard fourteen day right of withdrawal that usually applies to online purchases does not apply to baby food products due to food safety regulations.
